thanks for the information Srdjan and Carol. I don't know exactly what the problem was, but we had another report that was running fine on that printer, so I copied it and changed all the field names to my names and it works. I thought I had all the settings correct, because we based the new report off of the one I copied. I hate not knowing what was different, but I sure am glad it is working now. Thanks again!
