This is not appropriate interface behavior for a Mac. There is no keyboard command that will display a pull-down menu. (Remember, Mac menus don't stay in place when you click them). A Mac user would expect Apple-F to perform a command rather than to open a menu.

But if that's what the customer wants, I guess you have to try. I wouldn't be surprised if FP Mac doesn't cooperate, however.
