You could use a "Generic/Text Only" printer driver with a custom paper size configured according your needs. Depending on what you need, a Report file might be ok instead @ ... SAY commands.
In order to send escape characters to the printer, use ??? command, which sends the codes directly to the port, overpassing the printer driver.
