Icons? Like in X Windows? You won't find any. MySQL isn't an X app. There are X clients for MySQL and MySQLAdmin, but they don't install by default. Depending on your desktop you should be able to right-click and choose "New Launcher" or something like that.

Look for programs in /usr/local/bin that start with 'x'.
