I know, I look at it quite a bit myself.

What amuses me are the listings for 2 Years experience in JAVA, VC++, VB, VFP, HTML, DHTML, XML, SOAP, CORBA, ACCESS, ASP, ORACLE, SQL Server7, and 4 years experience with UNIX and Windows NT Server adminstration.
