Is anyone aware of an issue with embedded WITH...ENDWITH blocks, i.e.

Background:
My code, under VFP 6 and SP3, had no problem whatsoever with the embedded WITH...ENDWITH blocks I used. As soon as I switched to SP4 I immediately had embedded WITH...ENDWITH problems on the same code. At that point (last year) my manager had us 1) not embedd WITH...ENDWITHs and 2) revert to SP3.
In my current project I'd really like to utilize embed WITH...ENDWITH blocks and move to VFP SP4. Currently I'm running Windows 2000 (with no Windows 2000 SP) and VFP 6 & SP3.
Was this just some unexplainable weird behavior unrelated to the SP switch or has anyone else seen this? Thanks!
