I tried (tools.vcx) and it seemed to encrypt it fine useing the filetostr then strtofile but I couldn't decrypt it I kept getting error "Invalid encryption" I e-mailed the developer I am waiting for a responce

>I guess you can use text file encryption for JPEG files without any difference or lose in the encryption quality. If not, look for library to work with MS DLLs for encryption. There is one around there. Than use FiletoStr to get file content into string and encrypt it.
