I was in a similar position with my clients two years or so ago. Robert Green sent me some reassuring words that I passed on to my clients. We were using VFP 5.0 at that time. Basically Robert said that VFP 6.0 was in the beta and would be delivered soon. Which of course worked out.

If I were to get the same buch of questions now, I will point out that VFP 7.0 is in beta now and will be out with Visual Studio 7.0. There is not a whole more to be said.
