First, when you install Windows you have to install the "Imaging" accessory, which isn't the default. You can add it to an existing install if you use the installation CD and choose to add components.
Then, when you've installed it, a search for wang*.* in the \windows or \winnt directory (and below) will find the help files the other person mentioned.
The product has been sold twice, and is now available in a "professional edition" from
www.eastmansoftware.com The version bundled with Windows is a bit quirky. Also, different version of Windows have come with different non-compatible versions of the wang*.ocx files -- different capabilities, and different properties, methods, and events. Also, it can be tricky to "migrate" a version from one Windows build to another, so you may have to recompile your program on each platform, after testing each version of the wang add-ins.
When it works, it's nice, when it doesn't... pain the the behind!
