Just to let you know... I solved the problem a while back. I never discovered what was causing the initial problem using the PageFrame's RemoveObject.

Instead of using the PageFrame's RemoveObject method I set the Page to be removed PageOrder property to the PageFrame's PageCount value and then set the PageFrame's PageCount to PageCount - 1. The solution works fine.
