I haven't got any idea, I don't use PWS. Well, wait, I suppose you could create a "hello world" ASP page in your root PWS directory.

The readme says that the install program creates a virtual directory for ATS. As far as I can tell, it lies. You'll need to create the two virtual directories mentioned in the readme by hand. It should work after you do that.
