Hello everyone,

We are currently writing an application using the framework and have set up our database on the SQL side. I have been going through the messages today trying to get a feel for what the "right" approach is when integrating the two. I have read the various arguments regarding SPT and remote views, and SPT is looking like the better choice at this point. I have also saw comments made in this group about using a "mix and match" approach of views and SPT, and was just curious as to how others were implementing this strategy. What types of things do you use SPT for and what type do you use views for? Are business objects still involved? If so, how? I know that there is a new version of the framework coming out with more support for SPT, but there are others utilizing the framework as is, and was just wondering how they are approaching the situation. I am basically just trying to get some other opinions before we make a decision that could lead to trouble down the road.

TIA,

Brian
