Are you selecting the default printer when you print to printer? Have you tried removing printer details from expr and tag fields? I have had problems in the past when the printer refered to in the expr and tag fields is not the printer you are printing to. I always remove printer details from these fields now unless I have a specific reason not to. I remove driver, device and output from expr field and everything from both tag fields.
