You need to do two things; one is to define a custom paper size for the printer that's 8.5"*4" in Windows, and either point to it with a specific printer name (ie have a printer with that default paper established with a distinct name on the workstation, and assign the printed output to it at runtime) or use a third party tool that allows you to adjust the printer setup like VBPrinter in the Files section.
