When I try to use my Enterprise SQL Server 2000 MMC I get this error:
Snap-in failed to initialize.
Name Microsoft SQL Enterprise Manager
CLSID: {…}

This is working properly on all other stations.

I have tried to reinstall this several times but during setup it tells me
Setup cannot find your SQL Server 8.00 installation at the location specified by
Hkey_Local_machine\software\microsft\msssqlserver\setup\sqlpath. Correct the problem and restart setup.

I have checked the key and it does not exist in the registry.
The actual SQL server is on another server.
How can I reinstall this back on the workstation?
