I found this thread about ATS.

I am having problems getting it going too. I spend several hours studying Personal Web Server (PWS) and figured out how to create the two virtual directories that were not installed with ATSWeb. (The documentation lied about it creating these two directories). So I am now able to get a logon screen in ATS.

This led to two more problems:
1. After I click on the login in screen, ATS says that it cannot load the application data base and hangs. Some pointer to the sample data base must be missing.

2. When ATS is trying to load the data base, it keeps popping up a dialog screen with a long message about do I want to access data in another domain and to go into the Internet Security tab to assign this domain to a secure site. The title bar on this screen is "ADO/RDA". Whatever that means. Do you have any idea about handling this problem?
