This is not a Windows question, but I coudln't find a better place for it.

My computer won't start (no not this one). Whenever I turn it on, I don't see any video, there is no beeps or RAM check, I think, and then I hear this melody, that sounds like a game over tune.

"EEEEEE aaaaaaaa"

Whats wrong? It used to beep a bunch, and then play the two tones, but I replaced the video card and the beeps stopped. Still have the tune thouhg.
