>I have a project with form set as main which calls a menu that replaces the system menu with a 'do uwmenu.mpr' in the init of the form. The top level menu bar is enabled but all items under it are disabled. When I call 'activate menu' command the items under the menu bar are then enabled, for one use only. So if I go into a procedure from the menu and exit the procedure the menu is disabled again, leaving the top level menu enabled.

Have a program activate your menu and then start up your formset. In other words, don't have your formset as the main program.
