You're right, it is pure biz and they do get what they pay for if they find someone else. Been there, done that too. Speaking of call backs, the person I was working with on the project that went from 25 pages to 250 pages of spec, we are not going to be surprised to get a call from them around the 1st of the year. We'll see what they have in the budget then....hehehehehe.
