Actually, it did alot more than that! You could use () to get the expression rather than the name of the variable. Macro Subsition is cool though, cause you could actually put the USE command in teh variable and it owuld execute it. It allows you to run dynamic VFP code (statements and loops, anything VFP can do) in a run-time environment.
Just thought I'd add that... ;-)
