I have an ASP page with a < form action=xxx.asp method=post >

The form is very simple. It contains a dropdown and a textbox to get data for a query and a report in the next page.

There is a set of buttons below the form that allow the user to take a different path and go to another page. The reason for the form in this page is because the report will be requested 90% of the time.

One of these extra buttons leads to a maintenance form and it needs exactly the same information from the form (i.e. the dropdown and the textbox).

Q: How do I make this extra button participate in the form, (i.e. like the submit button) sending the results of the form to its following page? (different than the form's action of course).

It seems like a crime having to show the same dropdown and textbox in the second form.

Hope the situation is clear enough.
