Oh no ! :(( It's not a VFP problem but WIN !

I open the txt file with edit (the original txt is created by a dos app. in dos prompt) and it's all right.
When I open it with wordpad it shows wrong chars !!

Are there win settings to make compatibility dos chars with win chars ?
