I think that this is the price for a complete Course at an Education Centre.
Per exam the costs are around NLG 4.000, multiplied by 4 to get MCSD, you get the picture.

I only used books and experience to get the certs and believe me, those books didn't cost my employer NLG 15.000 but he has a MCSD/MCDBA on staff < s >
