Hi I am actually using BC++ 3.1 for DOS and only C.

I want to check if a file is in use over the network? I've tried access() _dos_open, fopen(), etc. but I end up with a DOS error for Abort, Retry, Fail.

Acutally I just want to find out if it is in use over the network or not. I really do want to open it for concurrunt update, etc. Just know it is in use flow my logic accordingly and if not is use do something else.
