I've used the object ref utility and found no dangling references. I have 2 references where I know the form is stored and reference it in no other place. I can watch these 2 references go to .NULL. when the release is executed. I can always close the app without an error except when the focus is in one of the cells of the grid. Could Fox be holding the object reference just because of the focus?
