Yes, it means you are using a trusted connection and the user id is not trusted. Actually, it looks like there is no user id liested there, which perhaps means that you don't have a PDC that has authenticated your logged in user.

Or, perhaps your server is set up on a NON-nt machine which doesn't allow for trusted users.
