Disk partitioning *might* be an issue. Win98 doesn't support NTFS, so you're stuck with FAT32 if you want to have common files. You can still choose which OS to boot with Win2K and Win98 so that's not an issue.

IMHO, I would stick with Win2K Professional and forget running Win98 or ME on the laptop unless you have a really compelling reason (games?). After all, you have a limited resource, difficult to expand machine. Win2K Professional, on my AMD K2 380MHz 96MB RAM Toshiba laptop, has been a joy to work with. Very few problems.
