Thanks, Ko. Check the whole thread, Steven Black and Ed Rauh gave me already working solution.
And, besides, it turns out to not be a problem for this particular application, because I check my code in the form and I always consistent with the names of the tables, e.g. I always use SiteMstr, PropMstr, TranMstr.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
