I used the MOC book for the 70-100 but that was a book with the wrong title. It had nothing to do with the 70-100 exam, instead it is about the MS Foundation way of developing.
I used the Exam Cram and the Demo of the Transcender Testexam for it.
And the Wiki of course. It was my primary source for the VFP exams and the 70-100.
If you can create a datamodel from a given case, you should have no problem with the 70-100.
