No protocol. Just go to the Files section and select Add a New Entry. You will be prompted for the necessary information. If you have your own FTP site, you can type in a URL for the file and people will be redirected to that site to download it. If you don't, you will need to e-mail the file the (I believe) files@levelextreme.com.

Note: There was a bug somewhere that caused files not to be attributed to you when they were e-mailed. That may have been corrected. If your file isn't, send a message to Nick N. and he'll see that it is taken care of.
