I would study the SQL7 Admin and SQL7 Impl at the same time(frame) there is stuff that you need to know for both, but in one exam you need the 'inside information' the other one just the concept, but if you have the inside info, I hope you understand the concept too, right? < s >

You need to study because there is stuff that you normally don't do, like deploying unattanded installion sets of Win2K (Server and Pro)
Also, if you don't know that the difference is between a GateWay and a SubMask, you don't need to consider writing the exam. IOW, TCP/IP experience/knowledge is needed.
