When I start my application's EXE, I would like to prevent VFP's
screen/desktop from coming up first. VFP appears first, then my
splash screen, then the rest of the app comes up as normal.

I have a config.fpw file with screen=off in it, but this still
does not keep VFP from first appearing.

I see a white background, the status bar and the default menu
showing up before my app takes over.

What can I do?
