SCREEN=OFF does it for me, are you sure the correct config.fpw is being found?

I'm not trying to stop FoxPro's splash screen from coming up.

When I double click on my EXE, the first thing I see is
"Microsoft Visual FoxPro" in the title bar, "File, Edit, Window,
Help" on the menu, and the VFP status bar.

Next my application takes over and I see my splash screen
and the rest of my app.

I want to keep the default VFP display from appearing.
