If I want to use the SYS(2339) command to prevent the call to CoFreeUnusedLibraries, where do I put it, in the code/object that instantiates the COM, or in the code for the COM itself? I am thinking I put it in the code that instantiates the COM, but the Microsoft documentation is unclear on that.
