Here are some more things. Each conference has a good point that might help.

Foxteach:
- cheap
- get SQL sessions too

Orlando:
- access to VB, VC++ and SQL sessions (cheaper than sending you to multiple conferences)

Advisor:
- the longest running Devcon
- might be close to VFP7 release date

Whilfest:
- cheap
- while not a concurrent SQL conference, a big emphasis on SQL Server
