I think it took 1.5 years after the release of VFP6 before the live VFP exam was available. So you could be waiting until 2003 for a VFP7 exam, if the VFP6 experience was typical.

You can download and install MTS and MSMQ as they are part of NT4 option pack. Visual Sourcesafe might be the problem, since I don't think you can download a trial version.
