Had a client call yesterday with a problem. Installed an old 2.5 DOS app (don't ask) on his new HP with a Lexmark printer. All is fine until he tries to print from the DOS app, then the machine seems to get real busy (takes 2 minutes to get into Control Panel) and appears to hang. Tried all the usual tricks and got the thing to not 'hang', but totally unable to print - no errors, nothing. Can't even do a text file copy to lpt1:. Again, no errors, just no output. Anyone seen this behavior?
