Oh, I'm well aware there is a difference in how lawyers and lay people look at things. The reason I did the research was out of curiosity. After I had taken a look, I got a lawyer. I also work in an office with over 130 prosecutors, so I've got a bunch of pretty informed sources when a question arises. As for me saying "might" in the last reply, that was what one of the documents I read said. I can't recall the specific cases. I seem to recall hitting the government copyright office's web site and getting some info there also.
