Two suggestions.
1. Try that 'Icon Sucker' software that George suggested.
2. Just copy 'em when you see 'em.

Question to all:
How do you know when a button/icon is trademarked or otherwise copywritten? Are there any precedents set yet is using artwork on the net for your own application?
