Edit your grid. (Right Click - Edit)
Select combobox control on Form Controls toolbar.
Click on the desired column.
Now the combo is there. You may set the column.CurrentControl property to Combo1

If you want to remove the default textbox from that column then you should select it in the Property Sheet, then click on Form Designer title bar and press Del button.
