This is a application in VFP and take the datetime() function to log the time the employee clocks-in or out. Each employee on their systema have a shot-cut to the checkin exe where they just type in their ID to clock-in or out.

The problem we have found is that some employees will change the time and they they clock-in. Also some of the systems have a different time as the clock speed may be slow or otherwise. Hence if they clock-in from one computer but clock-out from another computer either they loss time or they gain time.
