It would be nice if messages in Replies/Agent/Private could be in forward, rather than reverse, chronological order (or configurable for PUTM).
I have also noticed from time to time that "Map Entire Thread from this message" does not work as expected - it pulls in other messages from the thread that are not on the selected branch.
It also seems that some "auto links" are broken - for example clicking on the following word Cryptor . I seem to recall others - you might want to go through your list of such links and check.
