All latest patches for vfp 3.0

Been running a vfp application thru citrix for over a year.

Server has about 700 meg ram
vfp application runs fine.

then ....

Server increased to about 900+ meg ram
vfp application reports ->out of memory<- and exits.

Why does this happen?
What can be done?
Is there a limit to how much memory vfp 3.0 can use successfully?
Is there a way to limit the memory in the citrix session?
