Using FDF toolkit you can add form fields to your document. Then via Automation update these fields. Search for messages from me. You will find code showing how to access fields in PDF. You will need a full version of Acrobat. Another way is to apply all the changes òî the original document - Word or whatever you use. Then convert it to PDF. I do that. PDF wasn't meant for word processing sort of things.
