It was thrown by Outlook, but the same line of code executed in VFP6 flawlessly. There are no parameters to pass to the contact item delete call in Outlook anyway. The error I was getting made no sense, and after I suspended and tried to execute the same line of code, it failed, then tried again, and it worked from the command window. Weird!
I liked the way that after I spent some time tweaking and writing code in VFP7, then took that same code and recompiled in VFP6 and no problems. I don't know what I was expecting, but I thought I surely screwed my menus when I added INVERT and grapics to the bars. No problem compiling and running that same code in VFP6 though.
