Nope, it was THE system and there was never a contract. As a matter of fact, it was my idea. They were going to use Excel and Word. I bailed them out for about two years. Once again though, even if they had the software, they would have had to hire me or someone else who know that VFP is self documenting for the customization! < VBG >
