I know them well. Try to get there one weekend each winter, get one of those great ski and stay packages in town, and hit Alta and Snowbird for a few days. I have yet to hit Brighton and Solitude. Been to Park City and Deer Valley - which I don't think are worth the drive when you've got just a weekend and you truly want the greatest snow on earth. Great mountains, those two, but the snow quality just doesn't compare.

Unfortunately looks like I'm not going to make it this winter. I usually go in Feb., but I've got every weekend booked up. Maybe early March.

I'm definitely envious of you folk. How often do you get up and just decide that it's a better day to ski than to work?
