First there are one or two simple ones here in the file section.

A little more complex one, called "Codebook", you can get from http://www.leafe.com/cb6dl.html. The actual version of it is 6.1 and it covers much more than just the basics, I'd say.

An other alternative is the new "COM Codebook" by Flash, that you can get also for free from http://www.comcodebook.com/.
