>I have 3 adapter on my server. On of them is a soft NIC (PPPoe) like you mention. I check the IP adresse of those 3 adapter and my other PC can ping each of them. What can I try to make it work?

I'd suggest using Wingate - this is what I use here; the Win2K server works as a DHCP and DNS server for the LAN in addition to providing Proxy services. Your other PCs use 192.168.0.1 as the gateway, 192.168.0.1 forwards to the NIC, which forwards to the PPPoe soft NIC, which bridges to the net. It required that I use an internal DNS server on the proxy to handle the mapping of my static IP addresses to the appropriate systems on the LAN for my IIS and email servers. I use the commercial version.
