>>Yeah, but I really feel bad for the folks who live down at the bottom of the hill facing south. For me, in the summertime, it won't be too bad. The sub-division is called Wildwood Estates and there are plenty of tree and other foliage to block my view of it. Unfortunately, the folks down at the bottom have had all the bushes, brush and trees ripped out. So it's just a clear view.:-(

>Gotcha. That's too bad. I can understand how you would want to keep it as "ruralized" as possbile. It's a pretty nice area up there.

You get outside the city, in someareas, and it is rural. Lots of farmland. I live in the city, however. It's a matter of taking the good with the bad. The good: better schools, lower property taxes, lower utility bills, and the convenience. The bad? Things like this. In some ways it's an improvement. For example, there used to be a junk yard for cars (auto parts, supposedly). But most of the land between 41 on the east and Tennessee St. on the west, was undeveloped. In fact, 25 years ago, it was a cotton field. IOW, you could see 41 from Tennessee or vice versa. That's not the case now.:-(
